•  We have 4 apartments on that floor with quiet and considerate tenants.
•  The rent is $350 per month and includes trash removal.
•  Utilities are not included and run about $100 per month for a couple if they conserve.
•  Security deposit, references and credit check are required.
•  We screen our tenants in order to keep complaints to a minimum and make sure everyone is comfortable with their neighbors.
•  We run a business on the first floor and are quick to address repairs or tenant concerns. Our goal is to create a safe and comfortable home for our tenants.
